I can’t tell you the countless wrap “parties” I have thrown where women would be amazed to see 2-3 inches come off from their waist in a period of 2 hours.

The results can’t be guaranteed for all cases; it really depends on your health and fitness level. But what I can tell you is that you will definitely feel a difference as the wrap is designed to pull toxins out of your fat cells using a powerful blend of essential oils.

  1. Mix your essential oils and fractionated coconut oil together in a glass spray bottle.
  2. Spray on tummy, hips, or thighs.
  3. Cover area with muslin (optional) and wrap with 3 layers of plastic wrap for 2-3 hours.
  4. You can even leave it on overnight, but I didn’t notice any significant difference when I did this. – only that I woke up trying to wrestle plastic wrap off my belly!
