Cleanse Overview

Your body is like a garden. In each month of the cleanse there will be a theme which will guide you through the cleansing process.

Month 01: Preparing The Soil. In the first month we will focus on opening detox pathways, increasing cellular energy, and supporting your body with the essential nutrients it needs to cleanse successfully.

Month 02: Pulling The Weeds. In the second month we will target some of the root issues causing problems in the body. We will cleanse harmful pathogens and toxins like bad bacteria, parasites, heavy metals, candida, and toxic chemicals. 

Month 03: Watering & Fertilizing. In the third month we will replenish the body with everything it needs to restore itself and fortify itself against future issues. This the part of the cleanse where you can expect to feel better mentally, physically, and emotionally.
