Mid-Week Check-In
It’s time to check-in with your body. How is it feeling? In order to move onto Phase 2 it is essential that you are having regularly bowel movements (1-2 daily). If that’s not happening, review the supplement protocol and the diet protocol. There are also some suggestions there to help improve your regularity.
Also, are you remembering to take all your supplements? It can be helpful to leave them out on the counter as a visual reminder to take them daily. It can also be helpful to put little reminders on your phone.
