1. Healthy Fats
Good fats help regulate hormones, nourish your brain, fuel your metabolism, and even make your skin glow.
Think: avocado, nuts, seeds, coconut oil, olive oil, grass-fed butter, and wild salmon.
2. Fibre
Fibre is your bodyās natural detox system. It helps flush excess estrogen, regulate digestion, and stabilize blood sugar (which also means fewer cravings).
Think: leafy greens, lentils, chia seeds, berries, apples, and beans.
3. Protein
Protein keeps you full, supports your muscles and skin, and helps balance your blood sugar.
Your protein intake should be between 15 and 35% of your daily caloric intake – depending on your exercise routine.Ā
Think: fish, beef, legumes, pasture-raised eggs, tempeh, and even nuts.

Do I have a source of fat, fibre, and protein on this plate?
You donāt need to be perfectājust more balanced.
Even a snack of guacamole (fat), apple slices (fibre), and almonds (protein) can carry you further than a ā100-calorieā pack of nothingness.
